1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of altuscorp.in and your participation in any workshop, consulting engagement, coaching programme, community, event, keynote, or software product (including the Work Management System, "WMS") offered by Altus Corporation, a sole proprietorship of CA Manan Vasa, registered at C-6, Ground Floor, Gambhir Ind. Estate, Kotkar Road, Off Aarey Road, Goregaon East, Mumbai 400063, Maharashtra, India, GSTIN 27ACPPV1393L1ZQ ("Altus Corp", "we", "us"). By using this website, registering for a programme, or subscribing to WMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. These constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Altus Corporation, governed by Indian law.

2. Services offered

Altus Corp offers: outcome-led workshops (delivered through Productivity Shastra and Business Scale Up Shastra); outsourced CXO consulting; Business Process Re-engineering; the Dashboard CEO methodology; one-on-one coaching; the WMS software product; the Altus Tribe community; the Altus Conclave networking event; and keynote speaking engagements by CA Manan Vasa. Programme content, schedule, format, facilitators and delivery dates are subject to change at our discretion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a paid engagement with us, and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Workshop participation is open to individuals aged 16 and above; where the participant is under 18, we require verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian before they take part. We reserve the right to refuse registration or access to any individual without providing reasons.

4. Registration, fees and payment

Registration for any workshop, engagement or WMS subscription is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or, for corporate and consulting engagements, upon signature of a separate agreement. Fees quoted are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise, and a GST-compliant invoice is raised against GSTIN 27ACPPV1393L1ZQ at the time of payment. Corporate training, consulting, BPR and Dashboard CEO engagements are billed against 100% advance payment or a negotiated schedule set out in the engagement letter; access to sessions, deliverables and software is granted only after successful payment.

5. WMS subscriptions

WMS is licensed to your organisation on a subscription basis. The plan, subscription term, scope of use, fee and renewal arrangement that apply to you are those recorded in the quotation, order confirmation or invoice you accept at the time of purchase; the plans shown on our WMS page are indicative and are confirmed in that document. Where an order confirmation or engagement letter sets out cancellation or renewal terms, those terms prevail over this Section. We may suspend or terminate access to WMS for non-payment, misuse, or breach of these Terms. Data your organisation inputs into WMS remains yours; on termination you may request an export of that data before it is deleted. Refunds relating to WMS are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All frameworks, templates, workbooks, slides, recordings, software (including WMS), and methodologies — including the MIH Framework© and the 4 Laws of Productivity© — are the exclusive intellectual property of Altus Corporation or CA Manan Vasa, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. Participants and subscribers receive a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use materials for their own learning and business application. You may not:

• Record, reproduce, or distribute sessions or materials without our written consent;
• Share login credentials, session links, or WMS access with unauthorised individuals;
• Use our content or software for commercial training, resale, or consulting to third parties;
• Post recordings or materials on public platforms.

Sessions may be recorded and repurposed into other formats, including with the aid of AI tools, for our own training and marketing use. Attending a session constitutes consent to being recorded for this purpose; participants may not record sessions themselves without prior written consent.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: provide false information; attempt unauthorised access to our systems or another user's WMS account; use bots, scrapers or automated means against the website or WMS; engage in fraud or impersonation; or behave in a disruptive, abusive or disrespectful manner toward our team or other participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant or suspend any WMS account that violates these standards, without refund.

8. Testimonials and disclaimer of results

Testimonials and case studies displayed on this website and in our marketing represent individual experiences of past clients and participants. Results such as revenue growth, cost reduction, or productivity improvement are not guaranteed and depend on the effort, resources and circumstances of each business. Nothing on this website constitutes a promise of a specific outcome.

9. No professional advice

Content delivered through our workshops, coaching and consulting is for general informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and CA Manan Vasa's professional qualifications as a chartered accountant are not engaged in that capacity through these services. Consulting engagements, where they include specific advisory scope, are governed by a separate signed agreement, which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.

10. Third-party links and platforms

This website links to third-party platforms including Productivity Shastra, Business Scale Up Shastra, and mananvasa.com, each of which may carry its own terms and registration flow. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of third-party websites linked from altuscorp.in.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altus Corporation's aggregate liability to any client, participant or subscriber for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services or this website is limited to the amount actually paid by that person for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business opportunity.

12. Cancellation and refunds

Please review our Refund Policy before making any payment. All sales are final. The only exceptions are verified duplicate payments, which are refunded to the original payment source within 10 business days, and cancellation of an entire cohort or engagement by Altus Corporation, in which case you may choose a transfer or a full refund excluding payment gateway charges within 15 business days. Requests to transfer a confirmed seat require at least 5 business days' notice before the first session. The Refund Policy sets out the complete position and prevails over this summary.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation for 30 days; failing resolution, disputes are subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Mumbai, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in delivering a session, engagement, or service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, internet or utility outages, or illness. Force majeure events do not entitle a participant or subscriber to a refund beyond what is set out in our Refund Policy.

15. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date; registered participants and active WMS subscribers will be notified by email where the change materially affects them. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any separate signed engagement letter or consulting agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Altus Corporation regarding your use of this website and our services.
