This Privacy Policy explains how Altus Corporation, a sole proprietorship of CA Manan Vasa, at C-6, Ground Floor, Gambhir Ind. Estate, Kotkar Road, Off Aarey Road, Goregaon East, Mumbai 400063, Maharashtra, India (GSTIN 27ACPPV1393L1ZQ) ("Altus Corp", "we", "us"), collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you visit altuscorp.in, register for a workshop, event or the Altus Conclave, engage us for consulting, BPR, Dashboard CEO or coaching, join the Altus Tribe, book a keynote, subscribe to the Work Management System (WMS), or otherwise interact with us. We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable Indian IT law.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Identity and contact information: name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number.
- Professional and business information: company name, designation, industry, city, team size, annual turnover band.
- Engagement data: the programme, workshop or service you register interest in, and any message you send us.
- WMS product data: if you or your organisation use WMS, the attendance, compliance, goals, incentive, appraisal and HR data your organisation inputs, plus account and login information.
- Payment-related information: our payment gateway partners process card and bank details directly; we do not store your card or bank account numbers on our own systems.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools.
3. How we use your information
We use personal data to: register and enrol you in workshops, programmes and events; deliver WMS and provide customer support; respond to enquiries; process payments and issue GST-compliant invoices; send programme materials and scheduling communications via email or WhatsApp; and improve our website, products and services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services, and compliance with applicable legal obligations (including tax and accounting law).
5. Third-party tools we use
We use a limited set of third-party services to operate our website and deliver our programmes and product, including Zoom (for live and online sessions; where a session is recorded, the recording is held on Zoom's servers), Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (for site analytics and advertising), WhatsApp Business (for scheduling and support), Google Workspace (for email and documents), and payment gateway partners (for processing payments). Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policy; we select providers that meet applicable Indian data protection standards.

7. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to our legal retention obligations), and withdraw consent for future processing at any time. 8. Data sharing and international transfers
We share personal data only with the service providers listed in Section 5, payment processors necessary to complete a transaction, and where required by law or a valid legal process. Where data is processed on servers outside India by our third-party providers, we rely on those providers' compliance with applicable international transfer safeguards.
9. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, and marketing measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling non-essential cookies will not prevent you from using the core parts of our website.
10. Children's data
Our services are intended for individuals aged 16 and above. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 treats anyone under 18 as a child, so where a participant is under 18 we obtain verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian before processing their personal data, and we do not use that data for tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising.
11. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
